Duncan Peter Regehr (b. October 5,1952 in Lethbridge, Alberta,Canada) is a Canadian stage, film and television actor. Regehr was the prizewinning figure skater, Olympic boxing contender & the Shakespearean stage actor in Canada prior to he had into film. He has starred inside occasionally TV series such as the 1983 short-lived fantasy series Wizards and Warriors as Prince Dirk Pool. Regehr's right-known appearance was on the 1985 science fiction series V as the evil Visitant military leader Charles. He as well starred in the 1982 mini-series The Blue and the Gray as Captain Randolph. Regehr has as well mass produced many TV guest appearances, including roles around Cybill, Hotel and the seventh-year Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Sob Rosa" as Ronin, the ghost who falls smitten by owning Beverly Crusher. He as well appeared within Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as First Minister Shakaar Edon, the leader of Bajor and Kira Nerys' lover.
